Through structured learning sessions that include both distance education as well as intensives that bring students together into a weekend or week-long retreats, Yoga Studies covers traditional categories of Jnana Yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga and their most common forms of practice. It offers learning pathways for students who wish to learn Yoga as a beginner, integrates it into their lifestyle and enhances their quality of life, prepares themselves as teachers who can help and facilitate others in embracing Yoga, develop themselves as practitioners of Yoga based therapies or scholars and researchers into the field of Yoga.
