HUA Value Proposition
Rising costs increasingly restrict access to higher education. HUA is therefore committed to delivering high-quality education at affordable tuition rates by embracing advanced classroom technologies.
HUA Tuitions Policy
Tuition costs of HUA courses and programs are very competitive. Considering the immeasurable knowledge contained in our courses, we indeed provide great value to our students.
Community Education / Certificate courses: $200 per quarter credit hour.
Graduate courses (Master’s & Doctoral): $500 per semester credit hour.
Examples:
- Cost of a 1.5-credit community education course: $300.
- Cost of a 24-quarter credit Certificate Program: $4,800
- Cost of a 36-semester-credit Master’s program: $18,000.
HUA offers multiple payment plan options for students enrolled in its programs. Students can choose a one-time payment for the entire program at a discounted rate or select a payment plan ranging from 1 to 6 years, with the duration not exceeding the length of the program.
Special Fees
Some special courses such as study tours, retreats and in-person conferences may have specific additional fees for accommodations, material provided for the course, etc. Information about these special fees will be available on the respective course pages. Students will be expected to pay these fees when enrolling in the course.
Shipped Books: For courses and programs where HUA ships books to students, the cost of the books and shipping will be added to the tuition fees at checkout.

Payments Methods
HUA’s preferred method for accepting payments is via ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions. This method of payment is free for our students and partners. In this method, you will provide your checking or savings account number and routing number, and the payment will be transferred from your account to ours.
Do not worry about providing your bank account number and routing number. Each time you give out or mail out a check, your account number and routing number are printed on the check, easily readable by machines and humans. ACH payment is the electronic version of giving a check.
If you do prefer to make payments with a credit card, there will be an additional Payment Processing Fee included in the transaction. This fee is currently set at 3% of the cost of the course / program / service or product that is being paid for.
If you wish to pay by any other method such as checks or wire transfer, please [contact us] and let us know the reasons for preferring an alternate method of payment. We will get back to you with instructions for making the payment.
If there are any questions related to fees and payments, contact us at info@hua.edu.
